Zakir Hussain, hailed as one of the greatest tabla players globally, died at a San Francisco hospital, as confirmed by his family. His remarkable contributions to music earned him four Grammy Awards, and he was honored with India's second-highest civilian award, the Padma Vibhushan. Born to tabla legend Ustad Alla Rakha Khan, Hussain showcased his extraordinary talent as a child, performing his first concert at just seven years old.
