In a statement, the palace confirmed that Queen Camilla regrets having to cancel two events planned for Thursday, including one at the iconic Westminster Abbey. The announcement comes as she seeks medical attention and rest at home. “Her Majesty is currently unwell and under medical supervision,” the palace noted, expressing hope that she would recover in time to participate in Remembrance Day ceremonies this weekend, which honor those who have died in military service.

The royal family has faced significant health challenges lately, with both King Charles and Catherine, Princess of Wales, receiving cancer treatments earlier this year. King Charles returned to his public duties after a brief hiatus, while Princess Catherine has also resumed some of her Royal engagements. With both senior royals managing their health issues, the responsibility of public appearances has somewhat shifted to Queen Camilla, who has taken on additional duties during their recovery periods.

During their recent visit to Samoa, the couple experienced unexpected weather disruptions, yet they remained engaged with the local community.
