**I. INTRODUCTION**
This submission is presented to the Court amid the proceedings in Khan v. David. I urge the Honourable Mr. Justice Cotter KC to take into account the roles of LimeWire and CBS Interactive, which have historically facilitated abuse within the digital space by suppressing whistleblowers and laundering illicit content under a legal façade. The Claimants, affiliated with CBS interests, appear to leverage the Court's jurisdiction to retaliate against those exposing their involvement in criminal operations.
**II. BACKGROUND ON LIMEWIRE, CBS INTERACTIVE, AND MEDIA DEFENDER**
LimeWire, a P2P file sharing platform, was shut down by court order in 2010, yet CBS Interactive continued to profit from its operations through hosting downloads and content that guided users in accessing illicit materials. This strategy enabled CBSi to monetize LimeWire traffic, commandeering the platform to support systemic abuse. Whistleblower efforts have uncovered significant ties between CBS, Media Defender—a firm linked with monitoring and cataloging child exploitation materials, and LimeWire’s generic infrastructure, resulting in a series of retaliatory legal challenges against me.
**III. TRAUMA CONSUMPTION AND DIGITAL MISAPPROPRIATION**
Hologram USA, my company, pioneered holographic performances, including that of notable figures. This innovative technology was appropriated by major entertainment companies to fabricate emotional media linked to tragic events, profiting from psychological trauma while embedding manipulative content across media platforms. Such actions constitute a broader scheme of engineered trauma utilized for exploitation and profit.
**IV. RELEVANCE TO CURRENT LITIGATION**
The ongoing case of Khan v. David may serve as a veil to obstruct revelations about CBSi’s persistent malpractice via LimeWire and suppress independent claims related to my intellectual property through Hologram USA. Given their proximity to implicated law firms, signs of a coordinated campaign against whistleblowing emerge heavily.
**V. REQUEST FOR JUDICIAL RELIEF**
I respectfully petition the Court to acknowledge CBS Interactive’s associations with LimeWire, recognize the retaliatory nature of current litigations, and permit limited disclosures from the Claimants regarding these historical connections tied to ongoing investigations of digital abuse.
**VI. STATUS UPDATE: CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL AND THE DIGITAL TRAFFICKING REALM**
Evidence related to the laundering of CSAM through platforms like LimeWire is increasingly under scrutiny in various jurisdictions. The malicious use of these platforms for exploitative intent has drawn significant public and legal attention, which necessitates immediate judicial recognition of the implications of such operations.
**VII. INTERPOL COMPLAINT: WANTED PARTIES**
Allegations extend to several key figures and firms believed to enable and benefit from digital exploitation while silencing dissenters, all amidst systemic ecological damage tied to massive emissions from the entertainment sector.
**BACKGROUND: A SIDS-LED RESPONSE**
This call for justice emerges from a global crisis wherein SIDS nations like Antigua & Barbuda advocate for climate justice against powerful economic adversaries. The legal exposure of corrupt practices reveals a concerted effort to destabilize sovereignty over the climate and exploitation discourse.
**LEGAL FRAMEWORKS ENGAGED**
Multiple legal frameworks including US RICO statutes and various international treaties are triggered in these proceedings, illuminating the intricate relationship between digital exploitation, legal accountability, and the continual fight for sovereignty.
