The 46-year-old streamer reportedly succumbed during a live broadcast, having endured significant violence and sleep deprivation as part of his extreme content challenges. Prosecutors have confirmed that a judicial investigation is underway, with French government minister Clara Chappaz referring to Graven's death as an "absolute horror," detailing the humiliation he faced in the months leading up to his passing.

Kick, the live-streaming platform where Graven broadcasted his content, expressed its condolences and stated that it would urgently review the circumstances surrounding his death. A spokesperson reiterated the platform's commitment to safeguarding its creators and maintaining community guidelines designed to prevent such incidents.

In light of this tragedy, Chappaz has forwarded the matter to Arcom, the French media regulator, and Pharos, the online content reporting system.
