In a surprising live clip posted to Instagram, an ICE officer points a handgun at a woman walking out of her car in Falls Church, Virginia. The footage, shared by Carolina Molina, shows the woman holding a stack of business cards when she is surrounded by Uniformed Service Agents.
Molina says the agents saw her in her vehicle and reflexively tried to stop her. She claims the agents acted violently and threatened her. In response, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a statement allegeing the woman "attempted to harm officers by weaponising her vehicle".
BBC Verify reviewed the dash‑cam footage provided and found no indication of a weapon or hostile action by the woman. The clip shows no force or deviated behaviour; the officers simply asked her to enter the vehicle and did not observe any aggression.
