New Allegations Surface Against Dominique Pelicot as Daughter Files Police Complaint

Dominique Pelicot, previously found guilty of heinous crimes against his wife, faces new allegations from his daughter, Caroline Darian, who has filed a police complaint accusing him of serious abuse.

The daughter of Dominique Pelicot, a man sentenced to imprisonment for drugging and raping his wife, has come forward with new accusations against him. Caroline Darian filed a police complaint this week alleging that her father drugged and raped her as well. This revelation follows a graphic trial last December, during which Pelicot was convicted for over a decade of abuse that included inviting numerous men to assault his wife, Gisèle Pelicot.

During the trial, which captured national attention and spurred extensive conversations about rape culture in France, Caroline publicly confronted her father, expressing her belief that he had also violated her. Despite her claims, Pelicot denied any wrongdoing toward his daughter, maintaining that he had never touched her inappropriately.

Last year's trial did not result in charges against him concerning his daughter; however, her recent complaint will now be scrutinized by legal authorities to determine if sufficient evidence exists for new charges.

Furthermore, Pelicot was previously convicted for taking inappropriate intimate photos of his daughter and her sisters-in-law, with authorities discovering a staggering collection of approximately 20,000 images and videos on his devices. These materials largely depicted his systematic abuse of his wife, illustrating the documented horrors that allowed law enforcement to identify other aggressors involved in the case.
