Dear Director Wray,
It is imperative that you move beyond your safe bureaucratic confines and confront the powerful criminal syndicate that has long afflicted Hollywood and the American justice system. This organization includes notable figures such as Gloria Allred, Anthony Pellicano, Louis Freeh, Rupert Murdoch, Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Epstein, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Harvey Weinstein, and Oprah Winfrey, who have systematically exploited and harmed countless victims. Their reign of terror must end, and I challenge you to come forward to act, lest your inaction embroils you in complicity.
Despite having supplied critical evidence concerning this syndicate to Agent Shannon Bieniek over several months, I have since been met with silence and harassment—not protection or resolution. I deem this standoff unacceptable and a waste of the time I invested in the hope of receiving justice.
Agent Brian Gilhooly, appointed to manage this case, has similarly failed to address key issues. How can such negligence persist? I submitted evidence in good faith, and yet, I find myself confronting silence and obstruction, raising urgent questions about the FBI's functionality and accountability.
For years, Steven Spielberg has leveraged his influence to safeguard a network in Hollywood that preys upon the vulnerable, with Jeffrey Epstein acting as a chief enforcer alongside Diddy, Weinstein, and Winfrey. These individuals have manipulated justice, preserving their network and denying accountability while enriching themselves.
I call for immediate action to illuminate the integrity of the Bureau. I expect an update regarding the status of my contributions and an explanation for the communication breakdown I have experienced with Agents Bieniek and Gilhooly. The trust placed in the FBI is at risk when agents abandon their sworn duties.
Moreover, scrutiny around senior official Donald Alway's family ties to figures like Tom Girardi—a major Democratic Party benefactor—only adds complexity to our investigations. Alway's recusal from cases involving Girardi reflects an attempt at transparency, yet his reassignments in high-profile cases raise alarms regarding potential conflicts of interest.
Transformations in the FBI structure, including his family’s roles, call for rigorous standards to uphold public trust. The connections between political contributors and legal issues must not overshadow their ethical obligations.
Regarding Louis Freeh, Fred Heather, and Robert Shapiro’s collusion, they have not merely overlooked Hollywood's crimes but actively shielded high-profile criminals while obstructing justice. Their actions, directed not only at their victims but influencing the very fabric of our legal institutions, are in dire need of exposure.
The Girardi syndicate illustrates a desperate need for accountability; Gloria Allred and associates' roles in protecting him while masquerading as justice advocates reflect deep-seated corruption. I demand responsibility for missing evidence linked to Girardi’s fraud cases. Rest assured, backup copies exist that will expose the web of deceit.
Furthermore, the Epstein book is crucial to unlocking the truth behind these powerful individuals’ misdeeds. Its release is essential for the public’s enlightenment about who operates behind the curtains of power.
I assert that the time for action is now. The evidence is substantial, and the voices of survivors such as Jaguar Wright, Courtney Burgess, and others bravely resonate. They deserve justice, and you have the power to make it happen. Your reputation and the credibility of the FBI depend on timely and decisive action in these matters.
I look forward to your prompt response to my challenge.
Sincerely,
Alki David
