In a significant move ahead of President Trump's upcoming Middle East visit, the Trump Organization has finalized an agreement with Qatari Diar, a state-owned real estate firm, to launch a new golf course and luxury housing project in Qatar. This deal comes just two weeks before the president's scheduled travel to the region.

Eric Trump, son of the president and head of the family business, is in Dubai this week advocating for the Trump Organization's ventures. This includes promoting a new Trump-branded tower in the United Arab Emirates during a cryptocurrency conference. “The golf course will be beautiful and situated right on the ocean,” Eric Trump stated in an interview.

The Qatari project is being developed in collaboration with Dar Global, the international extension of the prominent Saudi real estate company Dar Al Arkan, known for its connections to the Saudi government. Reports of the Qatar project first surfaced from Reuters.

President Trump is set to visit Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the Emirates starting May 13. He expressed optimism regarding the financial opportunities in the region for American businesses, noting, “there's a lot of money” to be made.
