According to the FBI, the young suspect is charged with the murders of his mother, Tatiana Casap, 35, and his stepfather, Donald Mayer, 51, whose bodies were discovered on February 28. Newly released search warrants indicate that Casap's phone contained materials linked to the neo-Nazi group, Order of Nine Angles, alongside expressions of admiration for Adolf Hitler.
The criminal complaint reveals disturbing antisemitic writings, wherein Casap reportedly outlined his intentions to assassinate Trump to incite a governmental overthrow. He faces charges including first-degree intentional homicide and seven additional felonies such as hiding a corpse and identity theft.
