Sean “Diddy” Combs has found himself embroiled in yet another lawsuit, with fashion designer Bryana "Bana" Bongolan alleging that he dangled her from a 17th-floor balcony during a heated dispute in 2016. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, recounts an incident that purportedly took place at the residence of Diddy's then-girlfriend, Casandra "Cassie" Ventura. This lawsuit adds to the growing list of over two dozen claims against Combs, which include accusations of sexual assault, physical violence, and even involvement in a federal racketeering and sex trafficking case.
According to Bongolan, the turmoil began when Combs allegedly began banging on the apartment door and shouting. Upon entering, he confronted her while she was on the balcony, reportedly grabbing her and making sexual advances. The lawsuit claims Combs then lifted her and dangled her dangerously over the edge, prompting Bongolan to fight back in fear of falling to her death. Unfortunately, she states that he easily overpowered her.
As the situation escalated, Ventura reportedly intervened, which led to Combs allegedly slamming Bongolan onto patio furniture before pulling her back over the ledge. Combs' representatives have rejected the allegations, insisting the claims are baseless and asserting confidence in the judicial process to reveal the truth. Bongolan is seeking $10 million in damages and claims that her relationship with Combs was fraught with intimidation and threats.
The shocking allegations align with previous claims made by Ventura, who had also filed a lawsuit against Combs, alleging physical and sexual abuse. This included a similar incident involving one of her friends. Diddy, currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, is facing legal scrutiny while maintaining his innocence in the face of these serious allegations.
