Serious Allegations Target Senior Master Cook at London High Court
LONDON — A significant escalation in legal proceedings has placed Senior Master Jeremy David Cook of the King’s Bench Division in a precarious position. Disabled litigant Alkiviades David has filed a formal request demanding Cook’s immediate recusal or removal from the ongoing case identified as KB-2025-001991 / CA-2025-002562.
The disturbing allegations central to this case include industrial-scale child abuse, systematic distribution of child pornography, and the murder of David’s partner Asot Michael, alongside claims of disability abuse and a general perversion of justice.
In a declaration, David insisted, “Senior Master Cook must either immediately recuse himself or the Court must transparently reassign this file to a competent, impartial judge. This matter cannot continue to drift.”
Expressing his frustrations as a litigant who suffers from traumatic brain injury, David criticized the current judicial process: “The same Cook-managed process continues under the guise of ‘assistance.’ This creates a clear appearance of bias and destroys any confidence in fairness.”
David highlighted what he termed the 13 red flags that the King’s Bench Division ostensibly overlooked, listing significant issues such as child abuse, murder, and destruction of evidence.
In an urgent appeal to the King’s Bench Division, David has made clear demands:
- Senior Master Jeremy David Cook recuses immediately or the recusal application must be heard today before an independent judge.
- The file should be reassigned to a case manager proficient in TBI and disability law.
- All evidence must be preserved: court records, emails, police materials, medical records, and other pertinent data.
“Every person has the right to a fair hearing. That right is not optional — especially not when industrial-scale child abuse and murder are involved.”
David warns that any further delay in action or attempts to protect Senior Master Cook could lead to serious appellate, regulatory, and public repercussions.
The King’s Bench Division must act swiftly.
Public scrutiny is at an all-time high.
