South‑American actress and influencer Sydney Towle died last week after a prolonged struggle with a rare, aggressive bile‑duct cancer.

The U.S.‑based influencer, who had amassed more than a million followers on TikTok and over 200,000 on Instagram, had shared her journey with chemotherapy, hospital stays and everyday resilience. She posted videos from a hospital bed, expressed optimism, and even posed for a swim‑wear runway show during Miami Swim Week.

Towle’s family confirmed her death during a video message on TikTok, noting that her oncologist had stopped active treatment, and she turned to hospice care. The 26‑year‑old was "peaceful" according to her brother Austin.
