Zayn Malik has announced a week-long residency in Las Vegas in January 2026.

The former One Direction singer has only toured solo once since leaving the band, on last year's Stairway to the Sky shows.

Posting on Instagram, the artist revealed he would be performing at the Dolby Live venue at the Park MGM Hotel.

Other high-profile artists, including Adele, Bruno Mars, and Lady Gaga, have held successful residencies in Las Vegas.

Although Zayn's residency is shorter, fans have taken to social media to suggest it could be a sign of a more extensive comeback.

Recently, Zayn stirred excitement among fans when he was spotted in the U.S. with former bandmate Louis Tomlinson, leading to speculation about possible collaborations or new music.

This sighting marked one of the few times both were seen together outside of a formal setting since One Direction's hiatus in 2015.

This week, Zayn also released a new single titled Break Free, coinciding with the launch of video game Borderlands 4.

A longtime gaming enthusiast, Zayn told US entertainment magazine Variety that gaming is a beloved pastime for him when he’s not working or spending time with his daughter.

The announcement of the Las Vegas performances came as a surprise, considering Zayn's candid discussions about his struggles with live performances due to anxiety. In 2016, he apologized after pulling out of a performance at the Capital Summertime Ball, admitting he was 'haunted' by nerves.

However, he has mentioned overcoming some of those feelings after welcoming his daughter. Tickets for Zayn's Vegas shows will go on sale starting this Friday.
