Tikhanovsky decries the electoral fraud and brutality he has witnessed firsthand, demonstrating a commitment to continue the struggle for justice in Belarus.
As he navigates his initial days of freedom, Tikhanovsky is acutely aware of the more than 1,000 political prisoners still detained in Belarus. Reflecting on the desperation of some inmates, he says, "I'd give anything to get them all out. I think we should pay any price."
